What is automatic X-ray real-time imaging system?

Automatic X-ray real-time imaging system refers to, after demostration, system can reach the inspecting position, adjust technics parameter, decrease image noise and archive captured images, then mostly, the whole procedure is totally automatic. Especially for inspections to large quantity of workpiece with diverse types.

Due to a series of complex operation need to be implemented automatically, such as workpiece motion control, X-ray machine's parameter control, gaps between gratings control, on-line integration, simultaneously display both dunamic image and integrated image on the same screen, imaging software has been the core and integration platform of the whole system. Comparing with general X-ray real time imaging system, inspection efficiency while inspecting normal workpiecehas increased at least by 1 time, meanwhile, the efficiency can be increased by more than 10 times while inspecting copmlex workpiece from different positions.
